Commitment To Quality

We are registered with the PCAOB and perform audit services for SEC registrants. As a PCAOB-registered firm, we are subject to periodic inspection by the PCAOB which includes a review of certain aspects of selected audits performed by the firm and reviews of other matters related to the firm’s quality control system.

Firms that perform services within the scope of the AICPA’s peer review standards and issue reports in accordance with AICPA professional standards are required to have a peer review once every three years of their accounting and auditing practice related to non-SEC issuers covering a one-year period. The AICPA oversees the program, and the review is administered by an independent evaluator approved by the AICPA to perform that role. Johnson Lambert underwent our peer review inspection in 2023, and we received the highest result of “pass” with no letter of comment.
