Courtney Kiss Elected 2023-2024 Association for Accounting Marketing President
Johnson Lambert is proud to announce that Chief Growth and Development Officer Courtney Kiss was named president for the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM). As president, Courtney will lead the organization’s board of directors, which stands as the governing body of AAM. The board of directors is responsible for guiding the strategic direction of the organization. Specifically, the leaders are committed to the career development of its members and elevating the accounting and advisory profession through thought leadership, education, resources and community.
Prior to serving as President, Courtney served as president-elect (2022-2023), a board member-at-large (2020-2022), and chair of the website committee (2018-2020), and she has been an AAM member for almost thirteen years. Courtney has been with Johnson Lambert since 2014, joining as the marketing director, and today serving in a role that oversees marketing, business development, and human resources — a role designed to align the firm’s belief in the equal importance of growth and developments of its employees and of its business.
“In an era when there is so much change within accounting and advisory firms, driven by innovation, new technologies, new service offerings, and even evolving firm structures, growth professionals play a pivotal role at their firms in helping to positively navigate the opportunities and challenges that lay before us. I see AAM as the preeminent organization for growth professionals — marketers, business developers, and others charged with or passionate about growth at their firms, and I am committed to working with our Board of Directors and leadership to offer the education and networking that supports our members’ success in their careers and therefore supports the success of their firms,” Courtney reports.
The Association of Accounting Marketing is the leading resource for growth professionals in the accounting and advisory profession. AAM works to elevate the career development of its members and the profession through innovative education and community resources.
Courtney is a key asset to Johnson Lambert and we look forward to seeing what she accomplishes in her new role as AAM president.
